Acoustic Doors
Purpose made for the music industry. They are designed to reduce sound from entering or leaving the room. They also set a balance in the room. Most commonly found in a recording studio these doors are key to making good sounding music.
You get a good clarity of sound when recording music because of the efforts made by the door designers.
Despite the fact that recording studios will have acoustic doors, there are other places you might find them.
They are also ideal for;
Conference/Function Rooms,
Language Laboratories,
Machinery Enclosures,
Audiometric Rooms,
Plant Rooms,
Theatres,

Cinemas,
Offices.
They come in all sorts of sizes, shapes, models, and designs so you can match them to any environment.
They are made from a range of materials that offer the sound proofing.
• The door leaf is constructed from 1.6mm sheet steel.
• It is then filled with sound absorbing and damping materials in the middle.
• The overall thickness is approximately 64mm in total.
• The doors are then hung in an architectural steel split frame.
• This has a beveled floor threshold fitted with double compression seals.
All fixture and fitting are custom made to fit the job at hand. These doors can be rather heavy so the fixtures and fittings have to be custom made.
